Steven Linden, CPA/PFS
CO-FOUNDER, WEALTH ADVISOR

Steve is a Wealth Advisor and founding partner of Alliance Wealth Management Group, and has over 30 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. He has extensive knowledge of accounting principles and tax code, and provides clients with direction in financial planning and investment strategies. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Steve earned his degree in accounting with honors from Queens College, CUNY, with a CPA designation. He is an in-demand public speaker, frequently addressing educational workshops throughout the region.

Steve is a devoted New York Jets fan and also cheers on the Penn State Nittany Lions. He enjoys cruises with his family, great food at niche specialty restaurants and bakeries, and a variety of sports, including kayaking and fresh water fishing. Steve also volunteers his time and talents to local charitable work. He is a member of the Hunterdon County Chamber of Commerce and participates in fund raising for several local charities.

Kenneth Paul, CFP®
WEALTH ADVISOR

Ken is a Wealth Advisor with 17 years of professional financial services experience advising individuals and families. Previously, he has worked for First Investors Corporation, Merrill Lynch and The Vanguard Group. As a graduate of Drexel University, Ken is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner and a licensed Health and Life Insurance Representative with FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations.

Ken has a strong background and focus on personal financial planning and consulting. As a Wealth Advisor, Ken works diligently with his clients to provide exceptional advice and service. He takes pride in upholding the Standards of Professional Conduct that set the ethical standards for CFP® professionals.

In his downtime, Ken looks forward to many activities with his wife, Kara, and twin daughters Charlotte and Alexandra. He enjoys kayaking, mountain biking and visiting the gym. As a Corvette enthusiast, Ken will frequently attend shows and events. Ken is also an active member in the New Jersey chapter of the Financial Planning Association as well as the Estate Planning Council of Mercer County.

Thomas McCabe, CPA/PFS
CO-FOUNDER, CEO

Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and founding partner of Alliance Wealth Management Group. He has more than 25 years of professional experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families and small businesses on tax and financial matters. Tom holds a Series 7 securities license and obtained his CPA license in 1988. He has earned the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) credential “CPA/PFS”. A CPA/PFS is a CPA with the powerful combination of extensive tax expertise and comprehensive knowledge of financial planning. Recently, Tom reached a milestone 25 years as a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs.

Prior to forming Alliance, Tom spent 6 years as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Accounting at a private, regional financial firm. Prior to that, he was a Vice President and Chief Administrative Investment Officer for the Merrill Lynch Trust Company. In that capacity, he led a team that provided fiduciary investment and tax oversight and guidance to high net worth clients with a particular focus on alternative investments such as real estate, hedge funds, insurance, annuities and closely-held businesses. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte and Touche LLP, where he specialized in the audits of financial services companies. Tom also served as Assistant Director of Princeton University’s investment administration team.

Tom holds a B.S. in Accounting and an M.B.A. in Finance from Rider University. Tom remains a loyal supporter of Rider where he is an adjunct Professor of Accounting at Rider and sits on the University’s Accounting Advisory Council. Tom was recently the President of the Flemington-Raritan Lions Club, and is an adventurer who enjoys active outdoor sports such as surfing and snowboarding. He is a teacher at heart and loves to share his knowledge with others. He is devoted to his wife Michele and five daughters and places a high value on giving back to the community through service and charitable work.

Steven M. Fox
CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Steven is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and founding partner at Alliance Wealth Management Group. He has almost 20 years of professional experience in the financial services industry. Steven has extensive experience with executing corporate strategy, organizational leadership, marketing and communications, product strategy positioning, public relations, advertising, and client experience.

Steven graduated from Tiffin University (Ohio) with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. He earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. Steve currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Freedom Valley YMCA.

Previously, Steven worked as a Principal Consultant at DBJ Interactive Solutions, Senior Manager at The Vanguard Group and most recently as an Executive Director at a private, regional financial firm. Throughout his career, Steven has worked in a variety of challenging and rewarding positions that have allowed him to drive strategy, manage operations, lead initiatives, develop new products, create business plans and conduct research.

In his spare time, Steven and his wife Jill enjoy spending time with their children Abigaile, Ava, and their son Noah. They enjoy several outdoor activities and producing a variety of red wines at their Handwriting on the Wall Winery, which they started in 2010, producing 400 – 500 bottles per year to share with family and friends.

Paul EspositoPaul Esposito




Paul Esposito, CFA®, CFP®
WEALTH ADVISOR

Paul R. Esposito is a Wealth Advisor and the Senior Portfolio Manager at Alliance Wealth Management Group, and has over a decade of investment management experience. Paul is responsible for global capital market research, formulating both strategic and tactical asset allocation recommendations as well as conducting fund manager due diligence.

Prior to joining Alliance, Paul was a Portfolio Manager for the Northeast Region of Wells Fargo’s Trust Department in Wilmington, DE. In this role, he was responsible for the management of trust and private wealth accounts exceeding $400 million dollars. He began his career at Vanguard in Malvern, PA, where he provided wealth management services to both institutional and individual high net worth clients.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA. He also holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) and Certified Financial Planner ™ (CFP®) designations and is an active member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

In his free time, Paul enjoys spending time with his wife Nicole and twin daughters, Ava and Tessa as well as SCUBA diving and saltwater fishing. He also volunteers his time to a number of charities including Project Santa, a toy drive for a local women’s shelter.

Linda Ialacci, CPA
TAX ADVISOR

Linda is a Tax Advisor and Affiliate of Alliance Wealth Management Group, and has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field, both in the corporate environment and public accounting, where she has focused her talents for nearly 20 years. She specializes in advising business clients as well as individuals, in ways to increase efficiency and reduce taxes wherever possible. The optimal way to accomplish this is in planning ahead wherever possible, analyzing the client’s overall situation and making recommendations on actions that can be taken to improve the tax impact. Working in conjunction with a wealth management firm, in serving high net worth and high income individuals, has proven to be an ideal way to provide clients with timely tax advice, specifically targeted toward their unique goals and objectives.

Linda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the Mercer County Estate Planning Council, where she recently completed four years of contribution to the organization by serving on the board.

Linda earned her degree in accounting with honors from Rider University and holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant. She enjoys attending business networking events and has experience speaking to groups about accounting and tax matters. Linda feels that her extensive experience and enjoyment of public speaking makes her well suited for this role, in which she can share knowledge with others.

In her spare time, Linda is a dog lover and enjoys the empty nest she shares with her husband, Joe. Linda serves as Treasurer of Ryan’s Quest, a local not-for-profit organization whose mission is to increase awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy with the purpose of finding a cure or treatment for this disease.

Jeff YovanovichJeff Yovanovich

Jeff Yovanovich, EA

Jeffrey A. Yovanovich is a tax advisor and preparer at Alliance Accounting Group and is responsible for tax preparation, planning and client representation.

Jeff grew up in Hunterdon county and graduated from North Hunterdon high school as well Raritan Valley community college where he earned a diploma in the Accounting Career Program. Jeff’s vast experience in the tax accounting field spans 15 years and 4 accounting firms prior to joining Alliance.

Jeff is an IRS Enrolled Agent, which allows him to practice representation in United States Tax Court.

As a husband and father of 2 girls and 2 boys, raising a family is the most important aspect of Jeff’s life. Jeff is also a sports enthusiast who enjoys playing ice hockey and golf.

CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE

Susan is the Client Service Associate at Alliance Wealth Management Group. She came to Alliance with over 20 years of customer services experience, including 7 in the Financial Services industry. At Alliance, Susan is responsible for providing and maintaining the positive experience our clients have come to expect. She works with our Wealth and Tax Advisors and our custodians to ensure all client requests are handled correctly and efficiently.

Susan is a resident of Hunterdon County with her husband and 3 children. She loves spending time with her family and they enjoy various outdoor activities together.
